is this a legit class ? and where can i find all the limitations for the class. i have a 1991 honda crx si

Yep it is definately a legit class. The rules are the same as for STS except for it has to be a 2 seat car. The early Miatas and the CRX are the cars to have right now. As long as your diff is a Viscous type you are legal. Torsen diffs are not.
Other, more knowledgable people chime in to fill in the gaps I left!!
