Looking at picking up a Lexus IS250 for a daily driver car.....just curious if I decided to autox it every now and then, what class would it fit into??

With SCCA, maybe D? Thats where the BMW 330s go.

whats the difference in an ES250 and an IS250? If similar, it will be in G Stock

Very dis-similar.

With 204HP and available AWD, plus it's 3-series like demeaner, I'd be very suprised if it wasn't in DS with us base WRX's and 3 series.

I haven't seen any fastrack rumblings to be for sure so it's just an un-educated guess.

Yup, no comparison..the IS is more sporty and smaller than the ES250 and meant to compete with the 3-series. But I think the IS350 (300hp, rwd) is better compared to the BMW 330i (260hp, rwd), and the IS250 (204hp, rwd/awd) compares to the 325i (215hp, rwd). Regardless, mine will be the lesser powered IS250 and rwd. Would that still be D? Is that where the RWD version of the 325i goes?
