I posted a pic last night and it was working then...

Autox - I just tested it and it worked for me.

can you tell me what happened when you tried to upload an image this morning?

It just worked for me with no problem.

I was clicking on someones pic link and instead of a picture, there was "the picture is http linked" or something like that. I click on a few today and its working...
