i new to this kind of raceing i got a prity fast truck and i beat tons of then rice bernin hondas and tayotas i got 1986 dodge dakota so far for raceing i cut my springs down for lower so it faster and i got wader tares in the back for grip so it hooks up well and i cut my fendars out so shes prity fast.

wat do i nead to start auto raceing with you fellas

The first thing to do is go to the SCCA.org website and download the SOLO2 rule book from the SOLO section. I don't think you can race a pick-up but I'm not sure. If it's low enough, they may let you. If the race stewards decide it's too top-heavy them your SOL. You'll need to join the SCCA if you want to race in SCCA sanction events. You can ask the people in your region about your vehicle and its eligibility. As far as Honda's & Toyota's go, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. nono.gif My innocent looking Civic will go from 0 to 60 in about 5 seconds and corners like a slot car. nana.gif Remember, it's not all straight line speed in Autocross, its precision and control that gets it done.
