Hi. Back in San Diego I used to pay 100 dollars no matter what, and every time my lawyer would completely take care of all my tickets.
Do you know anyone like that that would do work in lake county? I got a ticket on the way back from the jan. event.

I found someone who does moving violations for 70 dollars, do you have any experiences with them?
Thanks

I have used "The Ticket Clinic" once in the past and had a good experience...they took care of everything with good communication.

I used http://www.trafficlawfirm.com/ for a speeding ticket, still had to pay the fine but had no points added to my license (no points = no insurance increase).

I think I used the Ticket Clinic too... I left it all to them to take care, though they did not do a good job.
I actually went to court and sat in the back just observing without telling anyone. The dumb lawyer did not even argue or defend my case; he immediately settled for no points, but full fines...

I did a little research on air partol fines (which thats what I got) and the case has to be dismissed if the pilot and the highway patrol is not present. I cornered him in the hallway after the hearing or whatever it is and asked him why he did that...? I had a copy of the ticket which I showed him and reminded him it was an air patrol ticket... The lawyer went back and talked to the judge and got it dismissed...

What I learned from my experience is that you can do your own homework and defend yourself in court much better than any lawyer for free...as long as its a basic traffic ticket.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out...

Thanks. I went to the legal library to do some research.. My problem is I can't take the time off school to go to court. I might take traffic school and pay up, with my circumstances its just too hard to fight it even with radar gun defenses.

Thats a bummer with the air patrol fine; because I think you need to have the pilot present and supposedly its a very easy case to fight.
