Hi. My name's Seth. Tried my first autoX with CFR Solo last weekend and I'm hooked. I want to get out there and get as much seat time as possible, so I asked around and found MSCC. I hope to attend as many of your events as I can this year.

I'll be driving a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon with minor modifications. Right now I have I/H/E plus H&R "race suspension". After last weekend's event I know I need to work out some understeer, so looking to put on a fat rear sway bar before my next event.

Unfortunately this car is not too fast, but I'm just looking to learn for the first season or two - so no big deal! Any more pointers on setting up a no-torque FWD car would be appreciated anyway!

Yeah Seth, just learn how to drive it before modding any further--I guarantee you'll get faster w/o spending a dime on more mods--welcome! thumbsup.gif

What George said. Just drive it. Have fun. Get some instruction from drivers in similar cars (front drive, etc.)

But most of all....HAVE FUN!!!

Thanks guys! I know I have a lot of learning to do for sure. I had a great time no matter what. I think I got a pretty decent start - 3rd out of 8 novices and about 10 seconds off the FTD biggrin.gif

George, ygm about the next event.
